Terms of Service.
The conditions under which the meditations, bundles, and course offered through P’nimiyut are made available to you. Brief, plainly written, and meant to keep both of us at ease.
Who is offering this
P’nimiyut is operated by Melissa Sarramalho, a sole proprietor based in Quebec, Canada (“we,” “us,” or “P’nimiyut”). By visiting www.pnimiyut.com, subscribing to our letters, or purchasing any product or course, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its offerings.
What is offered
P’nimiyut offers:
- Meditations — downloadable audio files and accompanying PDFs.
- The Library bundle — a discounted package of all meditations.
- Returning to Her — a self-taught online course delivered through written and audio lessons.
- Free writings, podcast episodes, and video — available without purchase.
All paid offerings are digital products. No physical goods are shipped.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Purchases and payment
Meditations and bundles are sold through Lemon Squeezy. The course is sold through Stripe. Both are independent third-party processors that handle the transaction, calculate any applicable taxes, and issue your receipt. By purchasing, you also agree to the terms of the relevant processor.
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted. Local taxes may be added at checkout depending on your jurisdiction.
Once payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with access to your files or course. Please keep this email; it is your record of purchase.
Refunds
All sales are final. Because every product offered is a digital good delivered immediately upon purchase, P’nimiyut does not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and access has been provided.
If, however, there is a technical problem with the file you received — a corrupt download, a missing PDF, an audio file that will not play — please write to hello.pnimiyut@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase. We will make it right.
Customers in the European Union: by purchasing and accessing the digital content immediately, you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
Use of what you purchase
When you purchase a meditation, bundle, or the course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own private spiritual practice and study. This license is granted for an unlimited period of time, subject to the conditions below.
You may:
- Listen to the audio and read the PDFs as often as you wish.
- Download the files to your own devices for personal use.
- Share a quote from a written lesson or describe what you experienced — with attribution to P’nimiyut.
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or publish the audio, PDFs, or course materials — in whole or in part — to anyone else.
- Upload the files to any website, app, file-sharing service, or AI training dataset.
- Use the materials to teach or build derivative works without our written permission.
- Remove copyright or attribution notices.
If you would like to use any of the work in another context (a class, a publication, a translation), write to us. Many things are possible with permission.
Course access
Returning to Her is a self-taught course. Once enrolled, you receive ongoing access to the lessons for your personal use. We aim to maintain the course online indefinitely, but reserve the right to migrate, restructure, or update the course over time. Where reasonable, you will be given notice of any significant change.
Intellectual property
All content on P’nimiyut — including written text, audio, course materials, design, photography, and brand marks — is the intellectual property of Melissa Sarramalho, written under the name Sarah Leah. It is protected by Canadian and international copyright law.
The teachings draw on traditional Jewish texts (Torah, Zohar, Tanya, Talmud, the Arizal’s writings, and others) which are themselves part of an ancient tradition. Our copyright covers the original interpretation, structure, and language used to present these teachings.
A note on the spiritual nature of this work
The meditations, writings, and course offered through P’nimiyut are educational and contemplative in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic services and are not a substitute for them.
If you are experiencing serious emotional, psychological, or medical difficulty, please consult a qualified professional. Nothing offered here is intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, P’nimiyut and Melissa Sarramalho will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its offerings, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or interruption of access.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid for the specific product or course giving rise to the claim.
Account and access
You are responsible for keeping any access credentials, passwords, or download links private. Sharing access defeats the work and may result in your access being revoked without refund.
Suspension or termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any part of the site, course, or materials in cases of suspected fraud, payment dispute, or significant breach of these Terms. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or its offerings will be brought before the competent courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence provide otherwise.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Significant updates will be communicated to existing customers and email subscribers. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
